Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

• Eggs, 2
• Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
• Purple onion, chopped, 2 tsp
• Sweet pickle relish, 1 tbsp
• Mustard, 1 tsp
• Paprika
• Salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Boil and cut lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks. Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, onion, sweet pickle relish, and mustard.
3. Put mixture into ziploc bag and cut a small corner. Fill egg halves with mixture.
4. Garnish with paprika, salt and pepper.
