Ingredients:
- Cod
- Salsa
- Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Corn chips, crushed
- Avocado, sliced
- Sour cream
- Preheat oven to 200C. Grease baking dish.
- Rinse fish and pat dry. Pour salsa over fish, then cheese, then corn chips.
- Bake for 15minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
- Serve topped with avocado and sour cream.
