Mexican Baked Fish

Mexican Baked Fish
Ingredients:
  • Cod
  • Salsa
  • Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Corn chips, crushed
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Sour cream
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 200C. Grease baking dish.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry. Pour salsa over fish, then cheese, then corn chips.
  3. Bake for 15minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
  4. Serve topped with avocado and sour cream.
Serve With:
  • Rice
  • Black beans
  • Tortillas
