- Garlic, minced
- Olive oil
- Cauliflower, separated into florets
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease a large baking dish.
- Mix olive oil, garlic and cauliflower. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden.
