Cream Corn


Ingredients:
  • Corn kernels
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • Granulated sugar
  • Corn starch
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
  1. In skillet over medium heat, combine corn, cream, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk milk and flour, and stir into mixture.
  3. Cook until mixture is thick and corn is cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese.
