Ingredients:
- Chicken breast, marinated with dijon, pepper & salt
- Heavy cream
- Dijon mustard
- Fresh tarragon and/or rosemary
- Cornflour
- Coat chicken with flour.
- Saute until chicken is brown on both sides. Set aside and keep warm.
- Stir cream into the pan, scraping up brown bits. Mix mustard and tarragon.
- Cook until mixture is thick.
- Return chicken to skillet to coat with sauce.
