Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast, marinated with dijon, pepper & salt
  • Heavy cream
  • Dijon mustard
  • Fresh tarragon and/or rosemary
  • Cornflour
Directions:
  1. Coat chicken with flour.
  2. Saute until chicken is brown on both sides. Set aside and keep warm.
  3. Stir cream into the pan, scraping up brown bits. Mix mustard and tarragon.
  4. Cook until mixture is thick.
  5. Return chicken to skillet to coat with sauce.
